1 Who We Are

BOARD is a sales tracking and team performance tool built for wireless sales teams. We help reps log sales, track commissions, and stay competitive through leaderboards and team GroupMe integration.

2 Information We Collect

When you sign up for BOARD, we collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name and team size
• Subscription plan selected

Once you're using the app, we also collect:

• Sales data entered by your team (number of lines, plan type, add-ons)
• Team member names and GroupMe display names
• Usage activity within the app (sales logs, timestamps)

3 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Set up and manage your BOARD account
• Provide the sales tracking, leaderboard, and team features
• Process your subscription payment through Stripe
• Send you important account-related emails (no spam)
• Improve and maintain the BOARD platform

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4 Payment Processing — Stripe

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor. BOARD does not store your credit card number, billing details, or any payment information on our servers.

When you click to pay, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.

5 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), an enterprise-grade cloud database operated by Google. Firebase uses industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system is 100% secure — by using BOARD you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

6 GroupMe Integration

BOARD connects to your team's GroupMe group chat to read sales posts. This allows BOARD to automatically track and log sales from your GroupMe activity.

• BOARD only reads messages from the specific group chat you connect it to
• BOARD does not access private messages, other groups, or personal accounts
• BOARD does not store GroupMe login credentials
• The GroupMe bot operates using a bot token provided to your team

7 What We Do NOT Collect

BOARD is an internal business productivity tool. We do not collect:

• Customer personal information (no customer names, SSNs, phone numbers, or account details)
• Customer proprietary network information (CPNI)
• Financial account information from your customers
• Any data from minors

8 Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Cancel your subscription at any time

9 Cookies & Analytics

BOARD does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or analytics tracking services. Our app may use browser local storage (a similar technology to cookies) to save your personal preferences — such as your display settings — on your device. This data never leaves your device.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of BOARD after any changes means you accept the updated policy.

For significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users by email.
