BOARD is a sales tracking and team performance platform designed for wireless sales teams. It allows team managers and reps to:
BOARD is a productivity tool. It does not process wireless carrier transactions, access carrier systems, or interact with customer accounts in any way.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BOARD. By using BOARD, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.
BOARD is intended for business use by sales teams and their managers. Personal use accounts are not permitted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for fraudulent purposes, or remain inactive for an extended period.
BOARD offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or weekly basis. By selecting a plan and completing payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee through our payment processor, Stripe.
You agree to use BOARD only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

BOARD integrates with GroupMe to read sales posts from your designated team group chat. By connecting GroupMe to BOARD, you confirm that:
BOARD is not affiliated with or endorsed by GroupMe or its parent company. GroupMe's terms of service apply to your use of their platform.
BOARD and all associated content, branding, design, and software are the property of BOARD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of BOARD without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the sales data your team enters into BOARD. By using the Service, you grant BOARD a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
BOARD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from technical issues, data loss, service downtime, or errors in commission calculations. Always verify important figures independently.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOARD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of BOARD shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription and stop using BOARD at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to BOARD will cease and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. Contact us if you need an export of your data before cancelling.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, notify active users by email. Continued use of BOARD after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.
